As of February 20, 2025, tasks related to vehicle registration of foreign companies with branches in Poland have been transferred to the Delegations of the Office of Administration and Civil Affairs (BAiSO) in the districts where the company is headquartered. Current matters for vehicles previously registered at the BAiSO location at ul. L. Kruczkowskiego (e.g. replacement of a registration certificate or ordering a duplicate license plate) will be continued by the Department of Population and Vehicle Registration for the Śródmieście District. The current bank account number for paying registration fees is being changed to the account directly assigned to the individual Delegations in the district. Fees that have been paid but not used for registration will be taken into account when submitting current registration applications. It is possible to apply for a refund of the unused fee - in such a situation, correspondence should be sent directly to the BAiSO secretariat at L. Kruczkowskiego 2 Street.
