On Wednesday, March 25th, registration opens for the spring edition of the popular self-defense and safety courses organized by the City Guard. The program, which has attracted thousands of participants over two decades, focuses on practical skills, recognizing threats, and first aid. Training sessions will be held in two locations: the City Guard headquarters at 8/10 Sołtyka Street in Wola and the OSiR Praga-Południe facility at 40 Bora-Komorowskiego Street.
The courses will run from early April to June. Participants can choose from several groups: Tuesdays (Wola, 5 PM and 7 PM), Thursdays (Wola, 5 PM for women and 7 PM for men), and Mondays or Fridays (Praga-Południe, 5 PM, for women only). To participate, you must be of legal age and register quickly, as spots are limited.
