null ZTM ticket purchase in mobile applications

Rules for buying tickets via a mobile phone

Flaga Wielkiej Brytanii

Via the mobile app: moBilet, mPay, SkyCash, zBiletem and jakdojade.pl. you can buy temporary, single transfer tickets, daily, 3-day, and weekend tickets. The ticket from the application must be validated after entering the vehicle or before crossing the line of gates in the subway.

Ticket validation from the app

To validate a ticket from the app you need to scan a QR code. Stickers with a QR code assigned to a specific vehicle are placed at the top of the vehicle, opposite the entrance door. On the subway, the codes are placed in front of the ticket gates and at the elevators, where you cross the ticket zone.

The codes can be freely scanned from 2-3 meters away. This action should be performed immediately after boarding the bus, train, or streetcar, and in the case of subway travel, before crossing the gate line or entering the elevator.

Passengers using the ZTM-KM-WKD Common Ticket offer based on daily, 3-day, and weekend tickets, or during the period of introduced ZTM ticket honoring in the trains of these carriers, e.g. in case of breakdowns or repairs, after buying a ticket in the app also need to scan the QR code placed near the entrance door.

Ticket control

The passenger shows the validated ticket to the controller on the mobile device, and the controlling device reads the QR code.
