Your report will be send to Warszawa 19115 Warsaw Contact Centre, and the report number will be sent to you. This number can be used to check the status of the case. At any time you can check the history of all your cases.
The requests and petitions can also be submitted through the app. You can share your ideas how to change the city in order to make it more beautiful, modern and friendly.
If you want more trees in Warsaw, you can use the app to pinpoint a location, where you want us to plant more of them. It is a very simple process. Just go to the location where you want trees to be planted and select ZGŁOŚ. On the map you will see information about possibilities and requirements of your idea. You will also receive a number, thanks to which you can follow the case in the system . At any time you can check the history of all your cases.
The tab BUDŻET PARTYCYPACYJNY allows locating the selected and completed projects. During the submission, discussion and voting phases you will be able to directly contribute using this service.
Thanks to “push” notification system, you can be up to date with interesting events in the city. You can select the categories from which you want to receive notifications. You can find out about such subjects as planned changes in traffic organisation, key city projects, important official deadlines as well as cultural and sport events co-organised by the city. You will also automatically receive messages about local emergiencies.

Poprzez zakładkę Toalety, można znaleźć adresy ogólnodostępnych toalety w Warszawie. Na mapie znajdują się zarówno toalety publiczne stacjonarne i przenośne, jak i toalety w obiektach użyteczności publicznej i obiektach prywatnych udostępnione dla wszystkich mieszkańców.
Poprzez zakładkę Parkingi można sprawdzić lokalizację i dostępność miejsc parkingowych, innych niż miejsca wyznaczone w Strefie Płatnego Parkowania Niestrzeżonego ( SPPN). Na mapie możesz sprawdzić trasę i czas dojazdu z wybranego przez Ciebie miejsca. Każdy parking posiada metryczkę informującą m.in. o ogólnej liczbie i rodzaju miejsc parkingowych, liczbie wolnych miejsc, cennikach, dodatkowych usługach.
Aplikacja działa w oparciu o nawigację GPS, wymaga także stałej łączności z Internetem. Oprogramowanie zostało udostępnione na dwie platformy systemowe – iOS oraz Android.
