Aid for Ukrainian citizens in the form of one-off support payments of PLN 300 per person to cover their costs of living, including in particular costs of food, clothes, shoes, hygiene products and accommodation, is provided at the City of Warsaw by social welfare centres.
Eligibility for aid applies to Ukrainian citizens who made legal entry into the Republic of Poland on 24 February 2022 or later and who have declared their intent to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland and have been entered into the PESEL national identification number register.
Step by step
- Download, print out and fill in the application for one-off support payment and the aid eligibility form.
- The application must be submitted by the person with the right to claim support, his or her statutory representative or temporary legal guardian, or the person who has actual custody over the child.
- Go to a social welfare centre or a district office to submit the documents.
