Background information
A short-term ticket provides multiple rides in a short period of time – from 20 to 90 minutes, during which you may change any number of times.
A short-term ticket allows you to travel on all ZTM lines, i.e. buses, trams, metro and urban rapid rail. It is a bearer ticket.
The ticket must be validated immediately after boarding the vehicle or, when travelling by metro, at the entry gate before entering the platform, or at the ticket validator by the lift. Once validated, the ticket will be valid for the number of minutes stated on the ticket.
Types and prices of short-term tickets
20-minute ticket (red), valid in Zones 1 and 2 – regular: PLN 3.40, reduced: PLN 1.70
