null Warsaw PKP Inter City Ticket
“Warsaw IC ticket” is a special offer for passengers travelling across the country on PKP Intercity trains – Twoje Linie Kolejowe (TLK) and InterCity (IC) – in the first or second class. It also enables the use of public transport for 75 minutes ‒ buses, trams, metro and SKM trains within the area of the first zone.
Where to purchase the ticket
Where the ticket is accepted
Apart from PKP trains, the ticket entitles its holder to use Warsaw public transport:
-
‘from’ Warsaw – is valid in ZTM Zone 1 for 75 minutes from the time indicated by the traveller, provided that travel by public transport can be made at the earliest 12 hours before the train departure time indicated on the ticket.
-
‘to’ Warsaw – is valid in ZTM Zone 1 for 75 minutes from the time indicated by the traveller, provided that travel by public transport must be made within 12 hours from the train arrival time indicated on the ticket.
The Warsaw ticket is not valid for Koleje Mazowieckie trains, Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa trains and in the bus transport in the Łomianki Commune.
Ticket validity
Before commencing travel by ZTM public transport, the passenger is obliged to write the departure time on the ticket so as to make it non-erasable and readable.
If the passenger does not write the departure time, or the departure time is non-readable or erasable, or he/she writes it down after the journey has started, the ticket is considered invalid.
Ticket inspection
Unless you show your ticket during the journey to the ticket inspector, you will be treated as a passenger travelling without a valid ticket, in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the regulations.
The invalid ticket will be described by a ZTM ticket inspector. The inspector will enter the date and time of the inspection, sign it and affix the official stamp, thus making it impossible to attempt at using that ticket again.
Tickets that are damaged or illegible are considered invalid. No money shall be returned in such a case.
